目标上所达成的共识是团队凝聚力的基础,贯穿于整个项目始终的是共同的目标,那就是“团队登顶”,而每位队员也正是就这一共同目达成了共识。由于有着共同的目标,能够从根本上激发队员的主观能动性,让大家可以紧密联合在一起,增强团队的凝聚力。
