  什么是拓展训练?

  它利用崇山峻岭、翰海大川等自然环境,通过各种精心设计的活动,在解决问题,应对挑战的过程中,使学员达到“磨练意志、陶冶情操、完善人格、熔炼团队”的培训目的。是一种突破传统培训思维和模式要求的全新培训方式。

  各种形式的学习中都有体验,但是它的价值往往不被认同,甚被忽视。而毫无疑问,体验式学习是将身体运动、思想、感觉、情绪、智力形态等整个都包括进去,因而对学习者产生的记忆痕迹也是很深的。我国古代哲人就曾提出“我听,我忘记;我看,我记得;我做,我学到;我教,我掌握。”可见,学员从亲身参与中获取知识,可以牢记所学内容,学习效果明显。
