一.沉着
1、 Calm and calm
Rash behavior is the enemy of outdoor activities. Being unfamiliar with the remote outdoor environment, being separated from the group and acting alone has a considerable risk. It's purely suicidal behavior, which we all know very well. But if that happens to you, can you do it? Once there is a situation that we can't recognize the location and lose our way, we should keep calm, adjust our mentality, quickly investigate and understand the topography, vegetation growth and other conditions of the environment, and use these environmental characteristics to a large extent, so as to improve the living conditions as much as possible. Waiting for help, this will be your very wise choice!
2、 Make up for the diet
Look for water and distribute the food reasonably. If necessary, collect wild plants that you can distinguish. Cook them as much as possible. Don't eat too much at one time to avoid allergic reaction. Try to catch insects, fish and kill small animals for food (the remaining meat can be smoked and roasted with pine branches or hung for air drying, which can be preserved for a long time and is not easy to decay), make up for the physical strength, and prepare for more than 72 hours. Because of the special situation, people's lives are at stake, so don't mind what animal maintenance, if you can catch it!
3、 Set up a shelter and stay where you are
In the sparsely populated, rare unfamiliar area, once lost, in the case of unable to determine the distance, please do not blindly find a way out. At this time, we should wait for the rescue in place, adhere to the sober mind, use the topography and all the things that can be used, establish a simple protection place (try to choose the sunny place), so as to cope with the bad weather. In this process, we should not carry out large amount of exercise, avoid a lot of sweating, avoid colds, and pay attention to physical fitness

4、 Distress signal
In the daytime, we can collect more wet branches, leaves and weeds, and use a lot of smoke and dust from burning to warn the outside world. At night, you can use a strong flashlight to shake and shine regularly to the sky and the nearby mountain top (perhaps more eye-catching landmarks such as boulders and independent trees that can be seen from all directions). A campfire is used for heating and driving away mosquitoes and animals.
5、 Set up signs
In addition to small strong light flashlight and lifeguard, the development personnel should bring a piece of red silk cloth as far as possible before going to the unfamiliar area. When the route needs to be changed on the way, the signs should be made in time so that the search and rescue personnel can identify. For example: tear the red cloth into long strips, write down the name and destination area, and bind it to the branches or stones at the turning point of the journey for later generations to distinguish; or use the branches that cut off the forks and leaves to indicate the route, and carve the arrows on the tree poles and rocks on the way to indicate the direction; you can also pick up a number of small stones and put the arrow signs at the fork to indicate the direction.
6、 Heating and heat preservation
Do a good job in keeping warm and cold, avoid the risk of losing temperature. When there is no cold proof clothing, you can choose and fold as many branches and leaves of flourishing broad-leaved trees as possible to cover the body as much as possible (without a tent). If the broad-leaved branches and leaves are covered with a layer of needle leaves, the rain proof effect will be better. In addition, according to the demand and environment, we can dig a sleeping bag of large and small pits in the sunny place as far as possible. We can lay some stone slabs (which is conducive to heat storage), and then put the collected branches and leaves and weeds into the pit for burning, and then remove the plant ash. The pit can be used for sleeping at night, and it works very well. If you take a life-saving blanket with you when you go out, it's no better.
7、 Urgent contact
In the field activities, each place should or must be told where to go to friends (others), and the contact method and time must be agreed together. Once there is no contact at the appointed time, the other party will assist in calling the police.
