企业如何把拓展培训做到实处?

针对目前企业拓展培训的现状,我们认为企业应该根据自己的情况采取如下的具体的改进措施:

1、将培训工作做到实处。在我国的企业中,尤其是中小企业要树立起对培训重要性的认识,不要总是流于形式,应该转变意识观念,认认真真的开展培训工作,同时要做好培训的效果评估工作,而不是“虎头蛇尾”,并且要做到培训工作与企业规划的有机结合,使培训工作有助于企业总体目标的实现。
