寻找环：在结合部位有一定硬度的提环（一般颜色比较特殊醒目）提起环，整理带，分清腰带和腿带。穿戴动作类似穿短裤：左腿伸进左腿带，右腿伸进右腿带，穿上后，先将腰带提髋部以上并系紧，再收紧腿带。注意不要先收紧腿带，腿带收紧后腰带难以上提到髋部了。

主锁有"开""闭"两种状态，在使用时，必须处在闭合状态。在挂好相应物品后，应拧紧回半圈，再小心复查一下，确保操作正确。在挂锁前应将保护绳的拧转去除。

After hanging the corresponding items, it should be tightened half a circle, and then carefully rechecked to ensure the correct operation. （4）全身式带（高空队员穿戴）
