怎样将拓展训练的好处进行转化?

现在许多企业都在做拓展练习,但也有许多企业会说拓展练习成效不大,做过拓展练习的部分练习单位会说做完当时的真实写照是“拓展练习课堂上激动,回到使命岗位上不动”。为何有这种景象?怎样做到让拓展练习无效转化呢?。
