4、选择拓展训练基地。风景优美，设施齐全的基地固然好，但有特色、设施普通的基地也是拓展训练活动的不错选择，如果时间较短的课程，选择距离为1个小时左右车程的基地也比较合适，太远也是一个影响课程的因素，每年都会有哪种“早晨出发晚上回来”的参训队伍对路途情况估计不足，本应上午开始训练，结果出现来到基地正好午餐的现象，可以想象这种培训课程的实施情况会有多糟。尽量能够提前一周在同一时段对路程状况进行确认。
